Hello, and welcome back to Lubelski OTS!

We are proud to finally release a version of the server we feel will be more stable and playable. I would like to firstly let everyone know, that there will be NO character resets on this server. The VPS has been paid for and is on a rolling charge basis. Once the server starts on 26/12/2023 15:00 Polish time, it will remain on for 1 year and will continue so long as people are still interested in playing.

A lot has changed since the server was last open to the public, so here are some of the main improvements that have been made:

- The Level display has now been repaired, thanks to Middley and Gensior, they have fixed the engine and it now shows your full Level in the experience bar!

- The protector amulet from LBN has been returned! You will need to wear it from 50k, so be carful as when you hit 50k your SL will be removed!

- SLs and Protectors can now be bought from Robcio in the deposit.

- As we have the issue of spells attacking other players without targeting them, I have now changed the player party system, so that you will no longer attack other players when you are in a party together.

- I was made aware by many of you, that monsters were too strong. Due to this, all of the monsters have been reviewed by myself, Brojak and Mahonix and tested extensively, we feel they are now more well balanced to your level. If any monsters still feel as if they are still too strong / are too weak, please report it to Mahonix in game, or on the Discord server where you can contact the team.

- Paladin's seemed to not be as balanced, appearing to be fairly weak compared to other vocations. I have increased their health and mana slightly so you should now find the it is a better class to play than in previous versions.

- Added NPC's for both Runes and Rings.

- Fixed the money system, you can now properly use your CC at NPC's and with the !aol command etc, as before you had to have either CC or SC in your bag to buy stuff I have returned to the original LBN style of making the highest amount of money SC and removed NG as this caused a bug that lead to this issue.

- A boss points system has been made, in which killing bosses such as You are Dead and Eye of God gives you some points, these points can be used to unlock player outfits. They are expensive though, so make sure to stock up on your money!

- I have updated the temple, connecting the deposit underneath, you will find NPC's here, including one that sells Dice!

- Mountain Island now contains the classic Dekonus and Fatality spawns from the orignal LBN, as well as a way to Hell and Amazon's inspired by the original way.

Thanks for taking the time to read about the new update for our server. Remaking LBN has always been a passion of nostalgia for the original games, because of this I hope you all will enjoy the server now that I have made it closer to its former glory. None of this would be possible however without the help of the community. Middley, for inspiring me to take up the creation of this server, and providing me with the engine and many bug fixes I would not be able to do. Mahonix, for motivating me to fix the issues and re-open the server, as well as helping me test many features. Brojak for helping me with monsters and quests. And of course the amazing mapper Ullandis, who has made many awesome quests and Towns. There are likely many people I am forgetting here.

Please know that if things ever seem to get boring, we have many plans on future features we will be adding so long as people are playing, so do hang in there! We have all the towns Ullandis made which will have a feature in the future and other changes that are suggested or thought about along the way.
